No Class Actions. No Jury Trial. You and Golden Horizons knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration.

Small Claims Exception. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains only in that court.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property misuse, unauthorized scraping, misuse of content, security threats, or to enforce an arbitration award.

34. Severability
